How does the order process work?
After you contact me via the form below, I will send you a personalized quote, which holds legal value as a contract, as quickly as possible. Upon your explicit approval and successful payment of the required deposit for any first order, I will proceed with the work within the agreed timeframe.
Once the task is completed, the translated or proofread documents will be sent to you in your preferred format, accompanied by an invoice. You then have 5 business days to raise any complaints. If no feedback is received within this period, the delivery will be considered final.

How much does a translation cost?
It’s difficult to come up with a single price for a translation, as many factors influence the final cost. The length of the text, the language pair (source and target), the complexity and technicality of the content, the desired delivery deadline and the layout requirements are all factors that come into play.

What are the terms of payment?
For all first orders, a 25% prepayment is required to guarantee a serious commitment to the assignment. This rule is waived for subsequent assignments. It is important to understand that it provides me with partial protection against the risk of non-payment, the scourge of entrepreneurs. The balance is due after delivery. As for the payment itself, it can be made by direct bank transfer or Paypal.
Furthermore, if you are apprehensive or wary, which I am perfectly capable of understanding, you should know that it is also possible to collaborate via intermediary platforms such as Fiverr, Kwork or Malt, on which I am present and which put customers and professionals in touch with each other. While these sites offer a secure framework for both parties (the client pays in advance in full, but the professional only receives payment if the project is successfully completed), it should be remembered that commission fees may be added, both for me and for you.
